Delivery
We aim to dispatch in stock items on the same working day when ordered before 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.  For any out of stock items you will be notified with the soonest available ETA

If your order is urgent or delivery is required before a certain time please email a list or screenshot of items required to info@cablelayingequipment.co.uk and we will advise what options are available

Cable Laying Equipment & Supplies are not liable for any costs associated with delayed/late deliveries or any courier issues. Also, if our courier attempts delivery and nobody is available to accept it, or if it is refused, additional charges will be incurred

If you would like to collect your order please email a list or screenshot of items required to info@cablelayingequipment.co.uk and we will confirm availability and collection address. Please note collection is NOT from our registered address, 10 Mason Way is our office address and no stock is kept there or available from there

Delivery is charged by the total weight of the order. Delivery charges shown are to UK Mainland excluding Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands

Returns
Items that are new, unused and in original packaging can be returned within 14 days from date of invoice subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays and is responsible for return carriage and no original carriage charges will be refunded. Specially made/altered items are non returnable

If you believe an item to be faulty, please contact us on the email address below. Such goods will be inspected upon return and once satisfied that they are defective, a replacement or refund will be offered. This does not apply to products which have been damaged due to misuse
