Lubaduk is a water based thixotropic lubricant which reduces friction during installation of telecoms and fibre optic cable in underground ducting. Lubaduk contains high viscosity silicone polymers and a unique shear sensitive thickener. It does not contain microspheres however it still meets the British Telecom specification MAT 138A
Lubaduk is a lower cost option and can be used as both a pulling and blowing lubricant
